FEATURES OF THE VERTI-MIX MIXER WAGON

CONSTRUCTION
  • Simple construction, minimal wear and low maintenance
  • 20 mm of base plate from ST 52-3 steel for long life
  • 8 mm thick container wall from ST 52-3 steel for long life
  • Single axle
  • Braking axle with parking brake and hydraulic service brake
  • PTO shaft with wide angle one side

MIXING
  • Quick and exact mixing in all parts of the mixing container through a vertical mixing auger with less power requirements
  • Additional scraper on auger for even and fast emptying
  • Adjustable counter cutter and knife positions makes processing of whole round or square bales more effective
  • Saber sharp knives on auger
  • Side discharge onto 1240mm conveyor on right side
  • Mixing over flow ring
  • Two speed gearbox on 1651 series models

CONTROLS
  • Direct connection to Tractor 3 hydraulic functions (door & conveyor)
  • Weigh scales
