    FEATURES OF THE PS SERIES MANURE SPREADER

    CONSTRUCTION
    • Side walls of the all steel tub have been folded from one single piece and gives enormous strength to the bottom plate has been completely welded to the side walls
    • Moving floor 4 steel linked chains 16mm braking load 28 tonne
    • Automatic floor chain tensioning
    • Tandem axle with steering - 40 km/h – (PS 2401)
    • Hydro pneumatic suspension tridem axle with steering - (PS 3401)
    • Large floatation tyres
    • Integrated hydraulic braking system
    • Spring loaded draw-bar with ring hitch
    • PTO with one side wide angle 3 integrated cam clutches for spreader unit and discs spreader unit
    • Mechanical jack stand

    SPREADER UNIT
    • 2 large 1060x10mm thick hardox steel spreading discs and horizontal shredders unit (spreading width of up to 22m)
    • Shredder drive by gearbox
    • Hydraulic driven floor with speed control
    • Adjustable hydraulic dosage rear door (Slurry door)
    • Speed monitoring on spreader and shredder units cut-out

    CONTROLS
    • ISO Bus Controller

    OPTIONS
    • Electronic weighscale system integrated with ISO Bus Controller Terminal (set and auto-control the spreading rate – weight per hectare)
    • Hydraulic boundary limiters
    • Wall extensions 300 mm
