Dennis Lockwood, the Managing Director, was a contractor  using Strautmann  equipment  for many years in Tasmania and later on the mainland. With the knowledge he gained of the strength, reliability and value for money the Strautmann range offered, the next step was to market the product throughout  Australia, this started as a small operation in 1992 and has developed into a multi-million dollar operation.

Dennis not only oversees the manufacture of Strautmann equipment but also the manufacture of quality dog floats and the popular sports ground roller that is seen in ever increasing numbers around the nation including 7 recently sold to the MCG.

Julie Fitzpatrick is the Assistant Manager, joined the Company in January 1998, and has been involved in the steady growth and progression of the business since. Working along side Dennis, Julie ensures all aspects of the Company runs smoothly and efficiently, resulting in a happy Dealer and Customer base.

Kathleen Shipard is the new voice welcoming you to Strautmann Australia when you ring in. Kathleen recently commenced employment with Strautmann Australia as Administrative  Assistant. As well as telephone queries, her other duties include  book keeping  and general office duties.

Kathleen together with husband Steven, live in Woodend, weekends are a busy time ferrying their four Sons around to different sporting venues.

Shane Ryan  is the Area Sales Manager who promote our products throughout North Victoria and Southern NSW.
Shane is well known in North Victoria and has wide experience in the agricultural machinery field, especially in the dairying areas where he sold many milk vats for Packo Fullwood for several years Living in Rochester with his partner Sue he continues to supply excellent service to both our dealer network and customers.

One should never talk football to Shane after the mighty Bombers have lost a game.
